APP STATE BOOKSTORE

As the general contractor, Hayco Construction proudly led the extensive renovation of over 15,000 square feet at the heart of App State’s campus, transforming the first-floor retail and service area into the newly named Campus Store. This project was strategically planned to enhance the store’s contribution to scholarship funds through increased sales, integrating advanced retailing strategies and digital enhancements like new signage and sound systems.
